When renting your home:
The minimum lease term is 6 months (per HOA Covenants).
The Copper Ridge Lease Rider is mandatory.
Provide your tenants with copies of all HOA documents.
Make sure your lease requires they abide by them.
NC Statutes, Chapter 47F
The homeowner will be held financially liable for any violations of their tenant and the association may fine you up to $100 per incident or per day.
