Does the HOA clean our gutters?

No. All exterior maintenance is the homeowners responsibility. 

How can we stop the speeding?

If you know the name of the driver or the license plate of the car then notify the Management Company. Without specifics though there is nothing we can do other than ask everyone not to speed. And by the way, please don't speed.

Who decides how much we pay in dues?

You do. The board along with property management proposes a budget for the following year. That budget is approved in the fall at the Annual Homeowners Meeting.

Who replaces the bulbs in our street lights?

Duke Energy - and it's easy to make that happen. Start by clicking here and then input the nearest address (and the pole number if you have it) of the light.  They usually can get to those repairs in three to five business days.

What can be done about pet waste not being picked up?

Report the pet owner directly to Animal Control at 919-996-1449. The city takes this seriously because of the health risks and danger to our water supply. You should too!
